ChatbotIQ turns your website, documentation, or knowledge base into an AI-powered chatbot that gives accurate, source-cited answers. Point it at your content, and it handles the rest: crawling pages, understanding them, and answering your visitors’ questions in natural language.
No AI expertise needed. We have prepared the setup flow so you don’t need to be an expert and still get great results out of your chatbot. You need just your content and few minutes for basic configuration - the rest is handled by the Chatbotiq platform.
The main goal of the Chatbotiq is to fill the gap between low-quality self service AI chatbot services and over-priced sales-led solutions that aim to enterprise customers.
What ChatbotIQ does
Section titled “What ChatbotIQ does”It is simple. You give it your content. It gives your visitors answers (with an option to contact a human within the same chat dialog).
Here’s the short version:
- You add a source: Paste a website URL, upload a PDF, or type in Q&A pairs manually.
- ChatbotIQ reads and understands it: Chatbotiq evaluates your content and choose the right settings for you particular website. Then it crawls every page, breaks the content into smart chunks, and builds a searchable knowledge base.
- You create a chatbot: Choose type of your content, the bot settings will be adjusted accordinl. Pick an AI model, tune the base prompt if needed, and choose which sources it should know about.
- Design you chat widget: This is the important part. Design the chat widget so it matches your style and attracts your site’s visitors.
- You embed it on your site: Copy the provided code into your website’s HTML.
- Your visitors get real answers: They ask questions in plain language and get accurate responses with links back to the original source.
That’s it. Your chatbot stays up to date as your content changes, and you can see exactly what people are asking about in the analytics dashboard.

What makes ChatbotIQ different?

- Quality verification: Before indexing a page, ChatbotIQ checks that the extracted content is actually meaningful. If a re-crawl would reduce content quality, it’s automatically blocked.
- Handles complex websites: Confluence wikis, React apps, and other JavaScript-heavy sites load content dynamically. ChatbotIQ detects this and adapts its crawling strategy automatically. The crawling will take longer but the best possible quality is achieved.
- Finds answers others miss: Your docs say “authentication” but the user asks about “login”? ChatbotIQ still finds the right page. Our smart search catches matches that basic keyword search misses.
- Follow-ups that actually work: Users don’t speak in standalone questions. When someone says “what about pricing?” after asking about a product, ChatbotIQ understands the context and finds the right answer. No “could you rephrase that?”
- Adapts to your content: ChatbotIQ detects whether your site is technical docs, an online store, or a help center, and tunes its retrieval and response style automatically.
- Debug and improve: the Playground shows you exactly which content chunks the bot used, their relevance scores, and how confident the answer is. No black box.
